Returns Policy

Orders Canceled:
If the item is undamaged, unopened, and unused in its original packaging as received, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
For items returned in any other condition, our usual 14-day returns policy applies.

You are responsible for the postage costs of returns, and we recommend ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition as received.

Please note: If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to accept it.


Fair Use Policy
Customers may return up to six items under this returns policy. For returns exceeding six items or a total value exceeding £150 (including VAT) per customer, we reserve the right to decline the return.
Returns must be for personal use and not for resale purposes. This policy applies to consumers only.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the policy is being misused. We will handle each case fairly but at our discretion.

This returns policy does not apply to trading card products, including single cards and non-sealed products. These items are subject to the standard 14-day statutory returns period instead. This is due to the fluctuating prices in the trading card game market.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a resolution at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging.

Please note that we only source sealed and authentic goods from approved suppliers. Minor manufacturing defects may occur in sealed packs, but we cannot accept responsibility for these. If a major defect occurs within a sealed pack, we may be able to replace the entire pack, but not individual cards within it.


Other Returns
If your order contains an error or if an item has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us at [email protected]. In cases where a manufacturing fault is identified, we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping rates.

For pre-order cancellations, you can cancel your order for a full refund up until the order ships. If the price of a pre-ordered item drops between the time of purchase and shipping, we will refund you the difference or issue store credit.


Games Workshop Products
We guarantee that all Games Workshop products are in perfect condition upon delivery. If there are any issues, such as miscast or damaged contents, we will provide a refund or exchange at no cost to you.


Shipping and Delivery
We offer UK Next Day Courier services through Parcelforce. Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays). A Saturday delivery service is also available.

For overseas deliveries, please note that shipping times may vary and no guaranteed delivery time applies.


Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are reserved at the point of sale. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment and receive a refund or store credit. If the price of a pre-order drops before shipping, we will refund the difference or provide store credit for the difference.


Shipping Restrictions
Certain products, such as Games Workshop items, may have regional restrictions. These products can only be shipped within the European Economic Area and Switzerland. If your shipping address falls outside these regions, we will issue a full refund.


Errors and Shortages
If you notice an error or shortage in your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. After this period, we cannot assist with resolving the issue. Errors can often be corrected by contacting the courier or driver directly.


Membership and Loyalty Program
Raredeck offers a loyalty program, where customers can earn points by purchasing products, writing reviews, and referring friends. Points earned through the program can be redeemed for benefits, including discounts and exclusive offers. Membership tiers include Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
