🚚 Delivery Information

At Raredeck, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find all the key information about our delivery services.

📦 Dispatch Times & Cut-off

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, because we know how exciting it is to receive your items promptly.

  • Next Day Dispatch Cut-off:
    Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery (if selected).
    Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be processed Monday.
  • Friday Orders:
    Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the same day and typically arrive Monday or Tuesday, depending on the courier’s performance and any weekend delays.

🚛 Delivery Services

We currently ship using Evri, with two delivery options available:

  • Evri 2-Day Delivery (2-3 Working Days)
  • Evri Express Delivery – (1-2 working days)

Each order is charged £4.99 for standary delivery, £5.99 for Express, or FREE on orders over £49.99.

💬 Our Promise

We do our best to ensure your order is picked, packed, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before the relevant cut-off times. Our team works diligently to meet all delivery commitments.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier (as per tracking information), Raredeck is no longer responsible for the package. This includes situations involving:

  • Misplacement after delivery
  • Theft from a doorstep or mailbox
  • Loss after successful delivery confirmation

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address, or that a secure delivery location is arranged.

🔍 Order Tracking

You can easily track the status of your order in the My Account section of our website.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll also receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.
