Orders Canceled
If the item is undamaged, completely unopened, and unused in its original packaging, you can return the item as unwanted for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. This applies to orders placed from [insert date]. The 14-day return period applies to all other orders outside this date.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for postage costs, and you must ensure the item reaches us in the same condition as received.
- Condition of Return: We cannot accept opened or used items for return. All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Fair Use: Customers are allowed to return up to 6 items under this policy. After this limit, standard 14-day returns will apply.
- Return Limit: The maximum return value per customer under this policy is £150 (including VAT). If you exceed this limit, we reserve the right to refuse returns. Each case will be assessed individually.
- Household Use: This policy applies to consumers only, and returns are limited to one use per household or address.
Please note, this policy does not apply to trading card products, including single cards and non-sealed items, which will follow the standard 14-day statutory return period.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you. We reserve the right to refuse complaints or charge fees for issues raised after this period.
Special note: If a card inside a blind-packed product (e.g., booster packs) is damaged, we can only replace the entire booster pack and not the individual cards inside. In these cases, you may contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement card, but please note they are not obligated to do so.
Other Returns
If the item arrives damaged, or we made an error in your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or wrongly shipped items up to standard shipping rates.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the product has shipped (usually the day before the official release date). If the price of the pre-order product has decreased since you ordered it, we can refund the difference or offer you store credit for the lower price, up until the point of dispatch.
